According to Patanjali, "ahimsa pratishthayam tat sannidhau vairya tyagah", which means that "in the proximity of a person who is really established in the principle of ahimsa (non violence), one looses all thoughts of enmity and hostility". Imagine if everybody knew of this verse and everyone tries to practice it... world peace might just cease being a fantasy and become a reality! The big question is, who's gonna disregard his/her ego and take the first and therefore more difficult step?

Thx for sharing.

More often than not, i catch my waves of irritation only after i blurted out my words...which is too late. Now through your article, I will endeavor to recognize the uprising earlier and deal with it more effectively.

Can i ask if tiny life forms are exempted. What about "harmful" things such as mosquitoes and cockroaches ?
I bear in mind "non-killing" and just shoo them away but andes mosquitoes can carry dengue which causes death.

I think such an action is not white but grey. Is such an action a right action ?
