FEES
Fees are to be paid every one month from date of joining irrespective of number of classes attended. Fees are not refundable.
Registration fee: RM35 (one time, non refundable)
Replacement Classes: Students who are unable to make it for their regular scheduled classes can replace with any other class of the same level within the one month period.

FEE for PAY PER CLASS
If you do not sign up for a package or have forgotten to bring your card or your card has expired, the following fees are payable per class:-

* ONLY applicable to students with a valid 'Unlimited' package and for classes in the level of the 'Unlimited' package signed up for. If you attend classes in other levels, the fee for the relevant level is payable.
MANASA DOS & DON'TS
- COME EARLY TO CLASS. Try to arrive in class at least 10 minutes before practice begins. This is to allow your mind and body to settle down in preparation for class. Once you step into the Studio, you assume the identity of a student and your mind switches to learning mode. This precious 10 minutes will help you lose the identity and baggage you bring with you into the Studio; you need to drop your work worries, home hassles, whatever is bothering you, so your mind won’t be preoccupied during the practice.
- MUTE OR SWITCH OFF YOUR HANDPHONE. Switch off your hand phone (or put it in Silent Mode) before class begins. Best thing to do is to switch it off immediately once you arrive at the Studio so you won’t forget.
- RESPECT THE PROPS. Put the props back neatly into their appropriate spots – mats and blankets on the respective shelves, straps in the basket, blocks in neat stacks and chairs folded and propped against the wall.
- BE RESPONSIBLE. Roll up your mat before putting it back on the shelf.
- SHARE HEALTH CONCERNS WITH YOUR TEACHER. Inform the teacher before class begins if you have a health concern: eg. pregnancy, high blood pressure, backache/ bad back, hurting joints, bad knees, etc.
- SIGN IN BEFORE CLASS. Sign the register immediately when you arrive lest you forget to do so after class. Please sign your name in full, in legible handwriting, filling in the appropriate columns neatly – Name, Category, Payment.
- DON’T EAT BEFORE CLASS. Don’t eat a full meal just before coming for practice. You may have a light meal at least 2 hours before class or a full meal 4 hours before class. If you really need to eat something just before class, a banana is advisable as it is quickly and easily digestible, without leaving an after-taste that could bother you. Avoid oily snacks like curry puffs, vaday, goreng pisang, etc.
- NO SNACKING IN STUDIOS. Don’t eat snacks (biscuits, cakes, fruit, chips, etc) in the Studios. If you must eat, please do so in the reception area before stepping into the practice area.
- DRINK ONLY WATER IN STUDIOS. Don’t drink canned or bottled drinks (eg. 100 Plus, Diet Coke, etc.), tea or coffee (in thermos flask or packs) within the premises. Consume these drinks before you enter the Studio premises. Only water may be consumed within the studio premises.
- NO NOISY CHATTING. Don’t sit and chat with your friends within the practice area. Others may be trying to meditate. Always respect the space around you. If you wish to chat, you could do so in the reception area of Studio 2 or before you enter Studio 1.
- NO NOISY JEWELLERY. Don’t wear jewellery that jangle (bracelets, bangles) and could create disturbance to others practising in the same space. If possible, remove all jewellery, even your watch, when you come for class.
- NO DUMPING. Don’t throw the props down or unfold your mat noisily. Respect the props and respect the students around you.
- WAIT TO TURN ON PHONE. When class is over, don’t switch on your handphone immediately. Wait till you have left the Studios.
- PACK UP PROMPTLY. Don’t take too long gathering your belongings when your practice has ended. There may be another class waiting to come in to begin practice. So gather your stuff and leave quietly.
- SOCIALISE QUIETLY. Don’t chat loudly with your friends in the reception area of Studio 2 (or outside Studio 1) if there’s another class in session, out of respect for those students and the teacher.
- SIT STILL AND WAIT. Don’t engage your body in so-called ‘warming up’ stretches while waiting in the reception for your class. Besides risking injury to yourself, you could also be distracting to the students in the class in session.
