This is a series of gentle postures with some breath work
where the students can learn how to practice the fundamental
inverted, reclining and seated postures integrating basic
alignment concepts. Designed for beginners and anyone who

This CD will guide you through seated opening awareness, sun
salutes, basic standing postures, back bend and inversion
leading up to a deep relaxation. The students are introduced
to the energizing standing postures and also oriented with

Suitable for anyone with at least 3 months of yoga practice,
this CD is a gentle, well-rounded class taking the students
to work a bit deeper with the inverted, seated and reclining
