For
Harmony; The Relax series:
Breathing
exercises with inverted, seated and reclining postures for
peace and harmony. The basic classes under the category
can be quite gentle. However, the intermediate classes can
be challenging with longer periods of inversions including
head stand, and practice of challenging backbends.
For
Endurance; the Flow series:
A dynamic practice which links the various physical
postures through a set rhythmic sequence, granting a great
cardio, power and strength class.
For
Strength; The Alignment classes:
Strong
standing postures with precise alignment techniques for
improving strength and endurance.
For
Power; The Ashtanga Vinyasa:
Postures
linked with each other through a vigorous flow of movements
developing power.
For
Stamina; the Sweat classes:
Practice involving sun salutations and standing
postures which build up heat, endurance and strength.
Intermediate
and Advanced classes are also available. Classes conducted

Fees ::
Fee
Payment: Fees are to be paid every one month from date of
joining irrespective of number of classes attended. Fees
are not refundable.
Replacement
Classes: Students who are unable to make it for their regular
scheduled classes can replace with any other class of the
same level within the one month period.
Registration
fee: RM35 (one time payment)
Monthly Fees for BASIC:
