‘IGNITING THE FIRE’ – A Manasa Core Workshop 1 to 4PM Sunday FEB12

Joins us for a 3-hour workshop that will connect you deeply to your core, in more ways than one!

Time: 1 PM to 4 PM

Date: Sunday, FEB 12, 2012

Venue: Manasa SS2, Petaling Jaya

Key teachings would include:

• Anatomical and philosophical insights on the core, as understood in the Manasa tradition,
• Breath-work and specific abdominal, lower back work which will totally ‘wake up’ the fire energy within
• Vinyasa sequences which will enable the understanding and using of the concepts of core in a flowing wide range of asanas, specifically focused on rinsing, cleansing, oblique strengthening twists

Workshop FEES:

Manasa Teacher’s Workshop 1-5PM Saturday DEC 10

Attention all Manasa trained teachers!

Manoj will be conducting a 4-hour Teacher’s Workshop where he will be sharing insights on what to look for in a posture, as well as precise hands-on adjustments of postures. He will also talk about sequencing in Manasa, and various other aspects by which your teaching will get more refined and skilful. Open to all previous Manasa teacher graduates.

TIME:              1 – 5 PM

FEES:             RM 100 ONLY

COMPULSORY attendance for current Level 1 & Level 2 TTC students as well teachers who are currently teaching at
Manasa SS2.   

(NOTE: There will be NO 4PM Intermediate Class. REGULAR Saturday 4PM Intermediate students are welcome to attend the 5:10PM Advance class on this day)

2011 YEAR-END INTENSIVE Happening on Sunday DEC 11

It’s time for the Annual Manasa Year-End INTENSIVE!
Come and participate in a 5-hour asana, pranayama, philosophy and discussion session lead by Manoj Kaimal. You will go through basic limbering movements of Indian martial art Kalari, and a revision of the many workshops conducted in the year 2011.
